01Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the website of MASCO SARL, an information systems consulting and engineering company based in Dakar. By browsing the site, you accept them.

02Access to the site

Access to the site is free. MASCO SARL strives to keep it available but cannot guarantee continuous availability: maintenance, an outage or force majeure may interrupt it without notice.

03Content

The content of the site is provided for information. Descriptions of services, solutions and projects do not constitute a contractual offer: any engagement is covered by a separate quotation or contract signed by both parties.

It remains the property of MASCO SARL (see the legal notice) and may not be reused without its written consent.

04Proper use

You agree to use the site in good faith. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• any attempt at unauthorised access to the non-public parts of the site or its data;
• automated or bulk submission of messages through the forms;
• sending unlawful or defamatory content, or content containing malicious code, including in the attachments of an application.

05Forms and applications

The information you submit must be accurate. Sending a request or an application creates no obligation to reply favourably or to enter into a contract or a hire. The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

06Liability

MASCO SARL cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the site or from being unable to access it, nor for the content of third-party sites it links to.

07Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Senegalese law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts of Dakar will have jurisdiction.
